The Pneumatic Scale Angelus Mass Flow filler features a sanitary product supply and the latest in Mass Flow filling valve control technology. The filling technology is capable of handling a wide range of product viscosities while minimizing maintenance thanks to the need for minimal parts compared to other volumetric and level filling technologies.

Sanitary Product Supply

The sanitary product supply design results in a cleaner product flow path, eliminating the risk of product contamination. With smart meter technology, we can ensure the proper velocity is reached in each filling head line during the cleaning cycle.

Efficient Clean-in-Place (CIP)

The product supply from manifold to the filling head is completely self-draining, resulting in a fast and efficient CIP. With added pressure (PSI) during the cleaning cycle, the system can be cleaned and staged for the next product formula with reduced downtime required compared to other filling technologies on the market.

Precision Fills

The PSA Mass Flow filler is accurate up to .1% filling accuracy. With laminar flow filling nozzles, containers are filled without creating foam or dripping.

Advanced Control

Performance monitoring and adjustments to the filler are simple and a user-friendly HMI touch screen interface allows for easy recipe changes and machine set-up. Motorized turret height is a standard which results in a quick container change-over. Not only can product recipes be created and edited, but rejection parameters for out-of-specification filled containers can be set as well. Real time and historical data feedback from the filler can be easily viewed and report machine based OEE. Safety PLC control-based technology allows for faults to be easily diagnosed and serviced by machine operators.
